OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY
OH HI ♡ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to protecting minors from harm and maintaining a safe platform for adults only. Our app is strictly limited to users aged 18 and above, and we actively work to prevent, detect, and report any content or behavior that violates child safety standards.
AGE VERIFICATION AND RESTRICTIONS
OH HI ♡ is exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. We implement the following measures to ensure age compliance:
- Mandatory age verification during account registration
- Terms of Service requiring users to confirm they are 18 or older
- Immediate suspension of accounts suspected of being operated by minors
- Prohibition of content depicting, promoting, or sexualizing minors
- Regular audits of user profiles and content for age compliance
PROHIBITED CONTENT AND BEHAVIOR
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact with minors
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children
- Attempts to arrange meetings with minors for illegal purposes
- Discussion or promotion of sexual interest in minors
- Any content that violates local, national, or international child protection laws
DETECTION AND PREVENTION MEASURES
We employ multiple layers of protection to prevent and detect CSAE:
Proactive Screening
- Automated content moderation systems to detect potentially harmful content
- Photo and video screening for inappropriate content involving minors
- Keyword filtering to identify concerning language or solicitation attempts
- Pattern recognition to identify suspicious user behavior
Human Review
- Trained moderation team reviewing flagged content and user reports
- Manual review of accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns
- Escalation procedures for potential CSAE cases
Technology Partnerships
We utilize industry-standard technologies and databases to identify and prevent the distribution of CSAM, including collaboration with organizations dedicated to child safety online.
REPORTING MECHANISMS
In-App Reporting
Users can report suspected CSAE content or behavior directly within the OH HI ♡ app:
- Report button available on all user profiles and content
- Specific reporting category for child safety concerns
- Anonymous reporting option to encourage user participation
- Priority review queue for child safety reports

RESPONSE AND ENFORCEMENT
Immediate Actions
Upon detection or report of potential CSAE content or behavior:
- Immediate removal of violating content
- Suspension of accounts pending investigation
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement
- Blocking of re-registration attempts by violators
Investigation Process
- Thorough review by specialized safety team members
- Collection and preservation of relevant evidence
- Documentation of all findings and actions taken
- Permanent ban for confirmed violations
COOPERATION WITH AUTHORITIES
OH HI ♡ maintains full cooperation with law enforcement and child protection agencies:
- Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law
- Cooperation with local, national, and international law enforcement agencies
- Preservation of evidence in accordance with legal requirements
- Timely response to valid legal requests and subpoenas
- Proactive reporting of suspected criminal activity involving minors

We actively promote child safety awareness among our users:
